Buzzz is operated by Buzzz Creations LLC (a Texas, USA company) and launches
in the United States. An Indian entity (LLP) is being formed; Buzzz will
expand to India — with in-app INR payments and an India Grievance Officer (§12) —
once that entity and an Indian payment gateway are in place. This note will be
updated then.
Buzzz is a chat + local commerce app ("Chat. Shop. Sell."). We make money from
transactions, not your data. Specifically:
business name, category, and storefront details.
("Buzz"), product & service listings, comments, and reactions ("Cheers").

Personal chats are end-to-end encrypted; encryption keys live only on your
device. Because of this, **a reinstall or new phone cannot recover chat history
on its own. You may enable an encrypted backup**: your message history is
encrypted on your device with a recovery key only you hold and stored in our
cloud. We cannot read your backup, and if you lose your recovery key it
cannot be recovered — not even by us.
We share data only with:

Buzzz is not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect
their data.
E2E encryption for chats, encrypted backups, least-privilege security rules,
on-device KYC, and platform attestation (App Check). No system is perfectly
secure; we work to protect your data and will notify you of breaches as required.
Buzzz launches in the United States and is **not currently offered to users in
India.** When Buzzz becomes available in India, we will appoint a Grievance
Officer under the IT Rules, 2021 — a named person with contact details who
acknowledges grievances within 24 hours and resolves them within 15 days — and
publish those details in this section.
Buzzz is operated by Buzzz Creations LLC, so data is processed primarily in the
United States (and by our infrastructure provider, Google Firebase / Google
Cloud). Users outside the US consent to this cross-border processing under
appropriate safeguards.
