By using Buzzz you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you don't
agree, don't use the app. You must be at least 18 years old.
Buzzz is a platform to chat, discover local businesses, buy products, and book
services ("Chat. Shop. Sell."). Buzzz is an intermediary/marketplace that
connects buyers and sellers; unless expressly stated, we are not the seller
and are not a party to transactions between users.

Buzzz, its logo, and the app are our property. Don't use our marks without
permission.
Payment, delivery, mapping, and infrastructure providers are governed by their
own terms and privacy policies.
The service is provided "as is" without warranties to the fullest extent
permitted by law. We don't warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation, or the
conduct, listings, or content of any user or seller.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Buzzz is not liable for indirect,
incidental, or consequential damages, or for disputes/transactions between users.
Our aggregate liability is limited to US $100 or the amount you paid us
in the prior 12 months, whichever is greater. Nothing limits liability that cannot
be limited by law.
You may stop using Buzzz anytime. We may suspend/terminate for violations or
legal reasons. Some provisions survive termination (ownership, disclaimers,
limitation of liability).
These Terms are governed by the laws of Texas, United States (the US
LLC's home state), without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes are subject
to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Travis County, Texas, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there. India users: see the Grievance
Officer in the Privacy Policy; mandatory local consumer-protection rights are
unaffected.
We may update these Terms; material changes will be notified in-app. Continued
use means acceptance.
