Terms of Service

Available in India and the United States

Your regional provider: Zorvik Technologies LLP if your Buzzz account is registered with India as its country of service; Buzzz Creations LLC, a Texas limited liability company, if your account is registered with the United States as its country of service. In these Terms, “Buzzz,” “we,” and “us” mean the regional provider that contracts with you. Buzzz Creations LLC is also the publisher of the Buzzz mobile app in the App Store and Google Play. If you permanently move between the two available countries, contact us to request a prospective update to your country of service.

1. Acceptance

By using Buzzz you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, don't use the app. You must be at least 18 years old. Every new and existing account must complete the current version of Buzzz's 18-or-older declaration before using the service. If you are under 18, decline the declaration, or cannot truthfully make it, you may not use Buzzz; use the provided sign-out option or, for an existing account, the account-deletion option. Buzzz does not ask for or store your date of birth going forward. The declaration is not identity or document-based age verification and does not guarantee that every user states their age truthfully.

2. The service

Buzzz is a platform to chat, discover local businesses, buy products, and book

services ("Chat. Shop. Sell."). Buzzz is an intermediary/marketplace that

connects buyers and sellers; unless expressly stated, we are not the seller

and are not a party to transactions between users.

Buzzz Support conversations are service communications visible to authorized Buzzz support personnel and are not personal end-to-end encrypted chats. Do not send passwords, OTPs, PINs, complete card details, government IDs, or chat recovery phrases. Support may investigate or reconcile an issue, but a message does not itself authorize a refund, override a seller's disclosed policy or applicable law, or bypass a payment or delivery provider workflow.

3. Your account

• Keep your credentials and recovery key secure. You're responsible for activity

on your account.

• Provide accurate information. Sellers may be required to complete identity verification when an independent verification program is available or a payment provider requires it.
• One person/business per account unless we permit otherwise.

4. Your content

• You retain ownership of content you post. You grant Buzzz a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence, with the limited right to use service providers, to host, store, reproduce, transcode, technically adapt, display, distribute, moderate, and make your content available solely to operate, secure, and promote the service. This licence ends when the content is deleted, except for copies that reasonably remain in backups, legal records, or content another user already received or copied as permitted by the service and applicable law.
• Before uploading a reel, photo, or other content, you represent that you have the rights and permissions needed for every included element — including video, photographs, music, embedded audio, performances, trademarks, and identifiable people — and for Buzzz to use it under the licence above. An editing or export tool accepting a clip does not mean its audio or images are licensed.
• Public content can be viewed, linked, screen-recorded, or copied by other people outside Buzzz's control. Audience settings are access controls, not a promise that an authorized viewer will not retain a copy.
• We do not use your private messages or photos to train AI, and we do not sell your content.
• Don't post unlawful, infringing, deceptive, harassing, or harmful content. You are responsible for what you post. Use the in-app report controls or the contact in §15 to report alleged infringement. We may disable content and suspend or terminate repeat infringers under the process Buzzz actually operates.

5. Marketplace, orders & bookings

• Listings, prices, availability, fulfilment, and quality are the seller's

responsibility. Buzzz does not guarantee any listing or transaction.

• Orders/bookings placed through the app are agreements between buyer and

seller. Disputes are primarily between them; we may provide tools to help.

• Payments and delivery, where offered, are handled by third-party providers

under their own terms; fees may apply.

6. Prohibited use

No fraud, spam, scraping, reverse engineering, circumventing security or App

Check, impersonation, selling prohibited/illegal goods, or infringing others'

rights. We may suspend or remove accounts/content that violate these Terms.

7. Fees

The app is free to use; specific commerce, payment, delivery, or promotional

features may carry fees disclosed at the point of use.

Unique-hashtag promotion and subscriptions

• An eligible account may claim one unique business hashtag during a four-calendar-month launch promotion. The promotion begins when the hashtag is claimed. Buzzz does not collect a payment method or authorize a future charge for this promotion, and it ends without an automatic charge.
• After the promotion, keeping the hashtag requires you to affirmatively choose and confirm a monthly or yearly auto-renewing subscription in Apple's App Store or Google Play. The store purchase sheet shows the price and billing period before confirmation. Your store account is charged only after you confirm the purchase.
• A paid plan renews for the same billing period until you cancel it in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings. Cancellation stops future renewals; access ordinarily continues through the period already paid for, subject to the store's refund, revocation, grace-period, and account-hold rules.
• Apple or Google processes the subscription payment and controls available payment methods, taxes, refunds, billing recovery, and regional pricing under its terms. Buzzz does not receive or store your full card number for these subscriptions.
• If a paid entitlement expires, is refunded or revoked, or cannot be recovered within the store's configured billing-recovery period, hashtag benefits may end and the hashtag may later become available to another eligible business.

Seller-created physical-goods and service plans

• A seller may offer a plan for physical goods or services fulfilled outside the app. These plans are separate from Buzzz's digital hashtag subscriptions and are not automatically charged by Apple or Google.
• Sending a plan request does not charge you. Before approving the request, the seller is responsible for confirming the price, cadence, payment arrangement, fulfilment terms, taxes or delivery charges, and its cancellation and refund policy. Buzzz may process an individual order through a supported commerce provider when that option is shown at checkout; otherwise payment is arranged with the seller.
• Where the plan supports them, Buzzz controls let you pause, skip, reschedule or cancel future fulfilment. Cancelling a plan stops future unpaid fulfilment in Buzzz. It does not automatically cancel or refund an order that has already been paid or captured, and it cannot cancel a payment arrangement made outside Buzzz. Any paid order cancellation or refund follows the separate order and seller refund flow.

8. Intellectual property

Buzzz, its logo, and the app are our property. Don't use our marks without

permission.

9. Third-party services

Payment, delivery, mapping, and infrastructure providers are governed by their

own terms and privacy policies.

10. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" without warranties to the fullest extent

permitted by law. We don't warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation, or the

conduct, listings, or content of any user or seller.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Buzzz is not liable for indirect,

incidental, or consequential damages, or for disputes/transactions between users.

Our aggregate liability is limited to US $100 (or its local-currency equivalent) or the amount you paid us

in the prior 12 months, whichever is greater. Nothing limits liability that cannot

be limited by law.

12. Termination

You may stop using Buzzz anytime. We may suspend/terminate for violations or

legal reasons. Some provisions survive termination (ownership, disclaimers,

limitation of liability).

13. Governing law & disputes

If your regional provider is Buzzz Creations LLC, these Terms are governed by the laws of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules, and disputes are subject to the state and federal courts located in Travis County, Texas. If your regional provider is Zorvik Technologies LLP, these Terms are governed by the laws of India and disputes are subject to courts of competent jurisdiction in India. Nothing in this section limits mandatory consumer-protection rights or access to a statutory consumer forum that applicable law does not permit us to waive.

14. Changes

We may update these Terms; material changes will be notified in-app. Continued

use means acceptance.
