Download Buzzz & create your account
Get Buzzz from the App Store or Google Play and open it. Tap Create account, enter your phone number, and type in the 6-digit code we text you. That verifies it's really you — your number becomes your secure login, so there's no password to forget.
Create your business profile
Tap Switch to business, then Set up storefront. Add your business name, upload a logo and a wide cover photo, pick a category (food, fashion, services and more), and claim your one-of-a-kind #hashtag — that's your address on Buzzz.
Set your hours & location
Open Hours & location. Set your opening time per day (or mark a day closed), and choose where you're based — online, pickup, delivery, or a mix. Buzzz shows customers a live open/closed badge in your own timezone, so no one messages you after hours.
Add your products
Tap the ＋ on your Products tab. Snap or upload a photo, add a name and a price in your currency, then add options — size, spice level, colour or add-ons — so customers order exactly what they want. Repeat for each item; every one gets its own shareable card.
Turn on payments
Go to Payments and tap Set up payouts. Connect payouts to your bank and add a few business details — a one-time step. Once you're verified, customers can pay by card at checkout and the money lands straight in your bank account. You keep track of every payout inside Buzzz.
Set greeting & away replies
In Auto-replies, write a warm greeting that first-time customers see when they open a chat, and an away message for when you're closed or busy. Buzzz sends them for you — so every customer gets an instant, on-brand reply even while you're cooking, styling or off the clock.
Share your #hashtag & take your first order
You're live. Put your #hashtag on a flyer, a reel, a story or a text — one tap opens your storefront for anyone, Buzzz or not. When an order comes in, you'll see it on your Orders board: accept it, mark it ready, and you've made your first sale. That's it.
